  1. Shipping Coverage
    Currently, our website only supports shipping within the United States.
    All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. shipping address on the checkout page.
    We do not currently offer international shipping services and do not accept addresses outside the United States.
  2. Order Processing Time
    Under normal circumstances, orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
    Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days; Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional events, peak holiday seasons, inventory adjustments, or peak order periods; Processing times may also be delayed if order information is incomplete, payment is abnormal, or address confirmation is required.
  3. US Domestic Shipping Time
    After order shipment, standard domestic shipping within the US is typically estimated to take:

    To ensure more consistent domestic shipping within the US, we may select one of the following carriers for shipment, depending on warehouse location, package weight, destination, and logistics network availability:

  5. Shipping Costs
    Order shipping costs will be based on the actual information displayed on the website checkout page.
    If the website offers free shipping, flat rate shipping, or other shipping discounts, the details on the promotion page or checkout page will prevail.
    We reserve the right to adjust shipping rules as needed for business operations.
  6. Address Information Requirements
    Please carefully verify the following information when placing your order. We may not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or unattended delivery addresses caused by customer errors.
    If your package is returned due to address issues, we will assist with resending it based on the actual situation. Resending costs may be borne by the customer.
